Want to help? Volunteers are needed to plan and organize events. Whatever time you have to give, a little or a lot, your input and help will be greatly appreciated.

The Halloween parade will be held on Saturday Oct 25th at 12pm in the open space between Hatteras Rd and Ivy Lane. The Rain Date (or snow date like in previous years) will be Sunday Oct 26th at the same time/same place. Please RSVP to Krista Buell at KLM4309@aol.com with the number of adults and children attending so that I can plan accordingly.
All ages and species are welcome to join in the parade. There will even be a costume contest! The best child costume, family/group costume, and dog costume will receive prizes! Refreshments will be provided and there will be a raffle for all in attendance. Please come join in the fun and take advantage of the opportunity to meet and socialize with your neighbors!

Branford Village Halloween Parade
This year’s Halloween Parade will take place on Saturday, October 27th at Noon. Sunday, October 28th will be the rain (or snow) date. We will provide hot dogs, snacks, and drinks for everyone afterwards.
Parade details will be provided closer to the date through Facebook and e-mail. For those who we do not have an email address for, please send it to us to ensure you are kept informed.

The township is having it’s East Fallowfield Community Fall Park Day on Saturday, October 13, 2012 from 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM.
There will be food, live music, a car show, yard sale/craft tables, games, door prizes, military services and much more. If you would like to register for the car show, yard/craft tables or chili cook off please call Denise at 610-384-7144.
Please bring one can of food to be donated to the C.C. Food Bank.

“Hats Off To Our Heroes” Park & Rec Event
The East Fallowfield Township Park & Recreation Commission will be hosting a “Hats Off To Our Heroes” Memorial Day picnic on Monday May 28th at noon. The event will begin with a flag ceremony at the Patriotic Landmark, followed by refreshments, music by the band “4 Way Street”, and crafts for the children. Please bring a blanket to sit on, and a donation of new men’s or women’s socks, T-Shirts, or underwear to be collected by “David’s Drive” (a local non-profit supporting the needs of our veterans) to donate to the VA Hospital. Branford Village will be having an Easter Egg Hunt on Saturday, March 31st at 12:00 Noon. The Easter Egg Hunt will take place in the open space on Milbury Road behind Ivy Lane. Please meet at the concrete bench. The rain date is scheduled for Sunday, April 1st at the same time and place.
To ensure there are enough eggs and treats for the children, please RSVP to Social@branfordvillage.org with the number of children that will be participating along with their ages by Friday, March 23rd. Please bring a basket for each child who is participating.

The Modena Fire Company will be escorting Santa Claus throughout the neighborhood on Christmas Eve. They usually begin the route with our neighborhood and expect to be in Branford Village between 3 and 4 PM.
Sunday, December 18, 2011 – 5:00 PM – 6:00 PM
Please join us on Sunday, December 18th at 5pm for the 1st Annual Light-The-Night walk to celebrate the winter season and enjoy the holiday lights within the neighborhood. The walk will begin at 5pm at 427 Hatteras Drive. The route will be communicated to everyone on December 18th. Please bring a flashlight or lantern and the HOA will provide holiday music, hot apple cider and snacks. We will also have a treat for the children.

The 2011 Coatesville Christmas Parade which is the largest parade in Chester County, will march down Lincoln Highway in Coatesville Pennsylvania at 10 AM on Saturday December 3rd. The Lukens Band will celebrate its 100th anniversary in 2011, as Grand Marshalls, sports team mascots, mummers string bands, school groups, school bands, community groups, antique, classic and modified autos, police and fire apparatus. Over 100 entries are expected to march the 1.5 mile parade route kicking off the holiday season
and escorting Santa into town.
Saturday, November 19, 2011 – 7:30 PM
The Modena Fire Company will be having the Annual Turkey Raffle and fundraiser, on November 19th at 7:30pm. Admission is free to the public. The fire company on average gives 75 turkeys away on the wheel that night plus 10 big turkeys on additional tickets. Complimentary food and beverages for both adults and children will be available however you must purchase a fire company mug for $5.00 to drink beer.
Sunday, October 30, 2011 – 12:00 Noon
We are happy to bring back the annual Halloween Parade. We are looking forward to continuing the tradition of the Branford Village Halloween Parade, which is scheduled for Sunday, October 30th at 12 Noon.
Children and parents will walk around North Danbury Circle. There will be hotdogs and drinks upon conclusion of the parade.
